Hi, I’m Javier Quiroga, a photographer born and raised in Tijuana, México, and now based in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Growing up, I crossed the border into San Diego nearly every weekend, experiencing life between two cultures from an early age. That experience shaped the way I observe people, places, and the small details that make every story personal.

Photography has been part of my life for more than 20 years and my professional craft for the past six. I specialize in cinematic portraits and emotional quinceañera photography throughout the Twin Cities, creating images that feel natural, elegant, and timeless.

My approach is relaxed and intentional. I guide you throughout the session, help you feel comfortable in front of the camera, and use light, composition, and storytelling to capture genuine emotions and meaningful moments.

Sessions are available in English and Spanish.
